Before I fell into the role of arts & entertainment editor for Le Provocateur, I was studying marketing at Johnson & Wales University. During my time at the institute I was able to connect with JWU AD Club, through this organization I was able to get an inside scoop of what it is like to work at Hill Holliday located in Boston.

For those who do not know what Hill Holliday is they are a marketing and communications agency based out of Boston, Massachusetts with offices in New York City Greenville, and South Carolina. They are the 17th  largest advertising agency in the U.S. and are part of the world’s third largest advertising and marketing conglomerate, IPG.

In addition to this, I also had the pleasure of meeting with Lori Dooley, and Kyle Dempsey. For those who do not know who Lori is, she is currently working for Google. As for Kyle, he is an authentic storyteller who is a young traveler from the Berkshires, and has established himself as a world renown photographer and cameraman.

Following meeting these two individuals, I shifted myself towards new opportunities which led me to attending Assumption College. While COVID has impacted each of our lives differently, over the past few months I have managed to stay active and productive. From interning with RE/MAX Professionals through their social media department. To currently interning with M37 MGMT/NLS Distribution. Through these two companies I have learned about Trello, Later, data analytics, and creating ideas for marketing concepts & campaigns.
