I would like to formally apologize to every single person in the Assumption community for the dishonest behavior I have taken part in. I was a staff writer, and I wrote movie reviews for this paper. While the majority of everything I wrote was my own thoughts and own opinions, I stole several plot summaries from Screenit.com and placed it into my movie reviews. Stealing the plot summaries was a way of saving time and cutting a corner and because I cut this corner, I have been suspended.

I assure all of the Assumption community that anything else I have ever written has always been my work and I always properly cite any material that I use from other sources. I love reviewing movies and I have enjoyed doing so for this paper for the last three semesters. I am sorry for misleading the staff of the Provoc, as well as the readers of the paper, into thinking that all of what I wrote was my work. I hope to once again gain the trust of everyone in the Assumption community and I am truly sorry for my dishonest behavior that I have exhibited. Lying, cheating, and stealing will never do any good and to partake in such behavior will only result in trouble. I apologize for my dishonest behavior and I assure everyone that I will uphold the honor code in the future.
