Gobble, gobble, gobble! I hope you filled up on plenty of turkey and all of the fabulous fixings. I do know one thing that is for sure, I thoroughly enjoyed my annual after meal relaxation with football. I hope you relaxed on Turkey day because now it is time to get back into the swing of CAB. If you have not joined us yet, then you should join us before the semester is over. Although there are only a few events left, there are plenty of good times to be had.

Since it is that time of the year to give thanks, CAB would like to give all of its dedicated members and anyone who has been a part of it in the past, present, and future. Tis' the season to be thankful for family, friends, and CAB. I do know that I am most definitely thankful for the past week of events because it was one of the busiest weeks ever. Barry Kingston & the Screaming Souls came on November 10th and it was a huge hit. Pies were given away at the event and this funk, hip hop, and reggae rocked Charlie's.

BINGO! On November 17th we heard many excited voices yelling it. It was hard not to get excited in the full house in Taylor Dining Hall. Some people walked away really, really happy with an X- Box, DVD/ VCR player, TV, and more.

Dan Ahdoot was a hoot. This "crank yanker" heated up Charlie's on Friday, November 19th. He pranked some of the audience friends and he was unbelievably hilarious.

To bring in the Holiday season in a spectacular way, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be on Tuesday, November 30th at 9:00 p.m. on the Hagan Lawn. There will be seasonal carols and hot chocolate. It is a great way to start the Holiday season and another reason to get out the mittens and hat.

Another great way to get the holiday feeling started is to come to Christmas Morning at 7:30 p.m. in Charlie's on Wednesday, December 1st. Yup, that's right, Christmas morning at 7:30 p.m. Live at Charlie's is having singer Jay Hansen and the theme is pajamas, presents, hot chocolate and stockings. Come wearing your pajamas to relax to the music of Jay Hansen; he is a mix between John Mayer and Dave Matthews. Don't miss out on your chance to rock out in your pj's.
