How’s life been treating you?

Like everyone I haven’t spent a good time due to the pandemic situation, but now I feel quite well.

How do you respond under pressure?

Basically I focus on my goals and try to do my best to achieve them.  I also learned to ask help, which seems easy but for sure it is not.

What are your strengths & weaknesses?

My strengths are determination and empathy which is also my weakness.

What are your goals for this year?/What drives you?

I will start a master in Digital Marketing soon, which includes an internship.

What has been your experience as a promotion manager assistant through Paolo Di Pirro?

I learned a lot and put myself out there, even though as a result of the pandemic we couldn’t do everything that we had planned to do.

As a talent brand manager assistant what did you learn from your time at Wannabe Management?

Although I was there for a short while, through this role I discovered a creativity I never knew I had.

How did you end up working for the Spring Attitude Festival?

In 2019 I attended a Master in Music Business at the Luiss Business School and in October the “live events” teacher proposed us to work at Spring Attitude and it was a wonderful experience.

Which music platform do you prefer? (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal)

Spotify!

How do you balance life and work?

When I work I try to snatch some moments to dedicate above all to myself and my emotions.

Who are your mentors?

I got determination from my mother and passion for music from my father, they are my mentors.

When you workout what music genre do you gravitate towards?

I prefer pop music, especially playlists from 15 years ago, they are vintage.

What is something people do not know about you?

I show myself for who I am, I don’t care to please everybody and I do things that make me feel good

What was your first music memory?

The tapes that my dad used to play us in the car when my sister and I were little.
